SERVICED SKY APARTMENTS
Stay at one of The Hague Tower’s top floor serviced apartments. Eight large (108m2) apartements are available on floors 38 and 39 and twelve smaller (78m2) studios at floors 29 and 30.
Long-Stay Pricing
Stay 1 month – 1 year: Pricing depends on the season, availability and length of your stay
- Studio Apartment (78m2) on floors 29 / 30: €1999,- to €3999,- per month
- Large Apartment (108m2) on floors 38 / 39: €2399,- to €4999,- per month
- Long-Stay guests, non-resident of The Hague, need to pay Tourist Tax (€5,35 per guest, per night), unless you register with local governement.
Prices are all-inclusive except for tourist tax, housekeeping and parking.
A prepayment is required to guarantee your reservation:
- For stays of up to 1 month, this is 25% of the total reservation price
- For stays longer than one month the amount is equal to 1 month rent.
In the event of a change, the paid amount can be deducted from a new reservation, if the reservation is changed at least 1 month in advance. In case of cancellation or change within one month of arrival, the prepayment will not be refunded.
When checking in, a deposit is charged. For stays of up to 1 month this is €500,- For longer stays the deposit is €1.000. The deposit will be returned within 7 days of your check-out, if everything is in order.
